Processing Time

Every order is carefully packed with love before it heads out the door. Please allow 1–2 business days for us to process and prepare your order. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Peak periods: During sales, launches, or holiday seasons, processing may take an extra day or two. We'll always keep you updated.

Delivery Timeframes

Once your order is dispatched, please allow 2–5 business days for delivery. Timeframes may vary depending on your location and courier conditions.

Shipping Fees

We offer free shipping on all orders above 2,000 EGP. Shipping fees for orders below this amount will be calculated and shown at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your package every step of the way.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs fees, taxes, or import duties may be charged by your country upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing or shipping fees.

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or something doesn't look right — please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right, no fuss.
