We made four products small enough to slip into any pocket and powerful enough to shift your whole energy: a shimmer roll-on, a body mist, a dry oil, and a scented lotion — all designed to layer with each other and express something different every single day.

Processing Time

Every order is carefully packed with love before it heads out the door. Please allow 1–2 business days for us to process and prepare your order. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Peak periods: During sales, launches, or holiday seasons, processing may take an extra day or two. We'll always keep you updated.

Delivery Timeframes

Once your order is dispatched, please allow 2–5 business days for delivery. Timeframes may vary depending on your location and courier conditions.

Shipping Fees

We offer free shipping on all orders above 2,000 EGP. Shipping fees for orders below this amount will be calculated and shown at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your package every step of the way.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs fees, taxes, or import duties may be charged by your country upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing or shipping fees.

Something Went Wrong?

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or something doesn't look right — please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right, no fuss.

Refunds & Cancellations

We want you to love every House of VYBES product. If something isn't right, we're here to help. 

Our Promise to You

Every House of VYBES order is packed with care and attention. We hold ourselves to a high standard — and if something ever falls short of that, we want to hear about it.

Cancellations

Need to cancel? You can do so within 12 hours of placing your order, as long as it hasn't been dispatched yet. Just email us right away at info@alkemiacosmo.com with your order number and we'll take care of it. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are cosmetics designed to be used on your skin, we hold hygiene and safety at the highest priority — for every customer, always. For that reason:

●     We do not accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened, used, or are no longer in their original packaging.

●     All items purchased during a sale or as part of a promotion are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

Received Something Wrong or Damaged?

If your order arrives with a damaged, defective, or incorrect product — we've got you, and we'll make it right. Please get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include:

●     Your order number

●     Clear photos showing the issue

Refunds

If your case is approved, here's what to expect:

●     Refunds are returned strictly to your original payment method.

●     Please allow 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank. ● Shipping fees are non-refundable in all cases.

Items must be in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible. Once a product has been opened or used, it cannot be considered for a refund unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
